Karl takes a collaborative, patient-centered approach to massage therapy, and treatments are thoughtfully designed to help people reach their goals - whether rehabilitating an injury, improving ease of movement, or reducing discomfort and pain. Each session begins with some questions and hands-on assessment, and may incorporate a variety of techniques, including Myofascial Release, Proprioceptive Facilitation, Deep Tissue Massage, and Joint Mobilizations. When not at work, Karl can be found gardening, playing music, adventuring outdoors, and spending time with family.
